Segment A: Discharge Configuration
W | Standard |
Z | Reverse |
Segment B: Compressor Configuration
AC | Reciprocating or Standard Scroll Compressor |
DS | Digital Scroll Compressor |
HP | Heat Pump Compressor |
As illustrated above, Standard Discharge Configuration Units filter air as it returns to the lower grille of the evaporator compartment and emits conditioned air from the top grille, while Reverse Discharge Configuration Units filter air as it returns to the upper grille of the evaporator compartment and emits conditioned air from the bottom grille.
These variations permit Bebco Wall Mount Air Conditioners and Heat Pumps to satisfy applications ranging from spaces with no special requirements to variable frequency drive and switchgear buildings with extremely serious heat dissipation requirements. We also offer a variety of compressors to best serve your unique requirements.

To provide your building or room with optimal indoor air quality when pressurization or ventilation is not required, Bebco offers fresh air intakes that introduce outdoor air into your space at a carefully metered rate.
The intake can be located as needed to reduce conflict with other outdoor devices, and feature manual or automatically controlled dampers and single, multi-pass particulate or HEPA filters.
These non-powered fresh air intakes can also be adapted with stack flanges, so air can be drawn from any elevation or location desired to reach the best quality air source.
When indoor air quality comes to mind, ask a Bebco Sales Person for assistance with specifying this value-adding feature. Without doubt, your staff will breath easier and be more productive!

The ultimate degree of indoor air quality is achieved by basic to highly advanced gas phase filtration system options. To ensure performance, Bebco collaborates with the nation’s most renowned sources for pre and post filters, active carbon air filters, HEPA filters, adsorbent cells, activated carbon cartridges adsorbent media canisters and deep bed adsorbing media.
Specification begins by identifying all contaminants, be they corrosive, toxic or otherwise, determining concentrations in the surrounding atmosphere, establishing volume of the building or room and committing to a certain degree of reduction or elimination.
We then provide solutions for introduced air, room air or both, in a fully transparent manner to ensure your satisfaction!

Considering the broad range of unit configurations, styles and sizes, along with potential provisions for pressurization, ventilation and room heat, Bebco offers the most extensive range of operating voltages possible in single or three phases and 50 or 60 hertz power sources.
Each unit size is available in a reasonable spectrum of operating voltages, and in more elaborate circumstances, Bebco can supply transformers and other voltage, phase and hertz converting devices to meet exotic, variable or limited power source options.
The process of specifying an operating voltage for the unit you require begins by letting us know what power sources you have available. We can then compare our options with your limitations and determine the best power solution!

Established upon inception of our wall mount air conditioner and heat pump product line, split ratings provide a distinct cost advantage and ensure no product is over-engineered. Essentially, air conditioners and heat pumps are comprised of a condenser compartment and evaporator compartment.
If properly fabricated, these two compartments are completely isolated, such that the condenser compartment is exposed only to the atmosphere surrounding a building or room, while the evaporator compartment is exposed only to the room environment.
As the only exception, a fresh air source for pressurization, ventilation or air quality can be limited in extremely safe and precise manners. Take advantage of this fact and allow us to keep your costs reasonable!

Bebco applies our expertise in hazardous location climate control systems to offer optimal solutions not only for cooling but room heating! When your building or room is pressurized, Bebco provides fail-safe interlocks that prohibit the heating circuit from energizing until safe pressure is attained, which permits use of Unclassified wire heating elements.
But if you prefer a higher level of safety or if the environment of your building or room is rated as Class I or II, Division 2, Bebco will furnish our units with fin tube or fin bar heating elements that are completely sealed to prevent autoignition of the atmosphere. But regardless of which option you select, Bebco also equips all heating elements with snap-action temperature limit switches to prevent our elements from exceeding your T-Code.
Please contact a Bebco Application Specialist now to develop your preferred unit heating solution!

Our service technicians thought they’d seen it all, when they responded to an emergency service call. Responding immediately to what the client described as a failure of our unit, our service technicians discovered the evaporator compartment was heavily contaminated, along with the condenser compartment, and that the condenser and evaporator coils were so heavily clogged with dust that unit performance had decreased by 80 percent after only the first six months of service, as shown in the actual field service photos to the right.
Following the extremely costly and non-warranted services to rectify these problems, we elected to begin offering this unique solution to extremely dusty environments, which prevents compressor overheating and failure, condenser coil fan motor failure and extreme stress on the entire refrigerant system.
Be sure to evaluate your field conditions carefully and consider this extremely important option to preserve your unit’s performance and lifespan if you suspect any unusually high level of environmental contaminants!
