This Boiler Unit Control House is equipped with one Bebco Model THP Hazardous Location Through Wall Heat Pump, mounted next to the entry door, to cool the space and keep operators comfortable.

While the local climate is normally mild and temperate, the control house’s proximity to the boiler unit’s excessive heat load made comfort cooling a necessity. 

In addition, this building features a Bebco Model WDP Wall Mount Dual Pressurizer, and due to the local climate, a Model WCH Wall Mount Convection Heater was placed just below the Heat Pump Unit to provide supplemental heating during winter months.

Interior Space:  Protected by Emergency Ventilation System

This Process Control Analyzer Building features two Bebco Model TAC Hazardous Location Through Wall Air Conditioners and a Bebco Model WMV Wall Mount Ventilation Fan that is controlled by a Bebco Model GDS Gas Detection System. 

The Fan  introduces fresh air in the analyzer room if any gas is detected and the gas detector sends a remote alarm signal to a nearby control room to alert operators of an onerous condition.

An office at the rear of the building used the second Through Wall Air Conditioner to separately control the environment in that space.

This laboratory is located in an unclassified location, but since the samples being measured under a ventilated hood are flammable liquids, the Model TAC Unit is equipped with Smart Cool™ Controls so it can be operated safely at all times.

This Motor Control Center Building is in a Gasoline Refinery and features a Bebco Model TAC Hazardous Location Through Wall Air Conditioner, along with a Model WMV Wall Mount Ventilation Fan.

Since the building is located in a Class I, Division 2 Hazardous Classified Location, this application requires the use of a Bebco Model WMV explosion proof ventilation fan and leaving air dampers to achieve 5 air changes per hour, as required by the AHJ (Authority Having Jurisdiction).

The modest ventilation rate and minimal heat load of the motor controls permitted the use of a single Bebco Model TAC Through Wall Air Conditioner.
