This model of management empowers subordinate team members, who understand our Directors and Managers are responsible for providing them with the goals, knowledge, resources, materials and staffing required to perform their jobs.
In principal and practice, everyone is therefore equally accountable to their fellow associates. In turn, we strive to provide all associates with clear understandings of their job scopes. We then ensure each critical position has a designated alternate to fulfill the duties prescribed. And finally, we actively promote from within our organization whenever possible.
