75 - 25 Ton Vertical Wall-Mount HVAC Units
Configurations
Bebco Wall Mount Units are offered with standard or reverse discharge configurations with scroll, reciprocating, digital scroll or heat pump compressors and single, dual side by side or redundant side-by-side unit styles in a broad range of sizes, as defined by tonnage. Limited only to sustain a reasonable degree of structural integrity, standard and reverse discharge configurations and single unit styles are available in economy or commercial grade case styles to meet your specific application and budget requirements, but larger Dual & Redundant Unit Styles may be limited to Commercial Grade Case Styles only, to ensure structural integrity.
Standard Discharge Configuration Units filter air as it returns to the lower grille of the evaporator compartment and emits conditioned air from the top grille. This configuration is intended for applications such as control rooms and other rooms or buildings with nominal heat loads, and is the industry standard for all per-manufactured units.
Reverse Discharge Configuration Units filter air as it returns to the upper grille of the evaporator compartment and emits conditioned air from the bottom grille. These units are specifically intended for applications such as Switchgear or VFD rooms or buildings with excessive heat loads.
Single Style Units provide one air conditioner or heat pump unit that may feature multiple compressors and refrigerant circuits. Dual and Redundant Style Units provide two side-by side air conditioners or heat pumps in a single case. These special unit styles satisfy auto lead-lag alternation and unit redundancy requirements.

Standard & Reverse Discharge Configurations
As noted above, the primary difference between standard and reverse discharge configurations is the direction of air flow.
Standard Discharge Units draw return air through filters in the lower grille and emit conditioned air through the upper grille. Conditioned air is then directed up and across the ceiling of your space to ensure stable and even temperatures. This configuration also accommodates ductwork located above or below the ceiling to distribute air evenly across large spaces or to multiple rooms.
Reverse Discharge Units draw return air through filters in the upper grille and emit conditioned air through the lower grille. This special configuration directs air in an efficient manner to heat dissipation air intakes located at the bottom of large variable frequency drives or switchgear cabinets. Hot air is then emitted by such units and recaptured efficiently through our unit’s upper grille.
Bebco Standard and Reverse Discharge Configurations satisfy conventional and extreme heat load dissipation requirements!
This Wall Mount Unit is another standard discharge air conditioner, featuring an activated carbon cartridge gas phase filtration system with pre and post particulate filters. This unit also features a variable speed pressurization system with tandem blowers, and it now serves a West Texas compressor station control room. Compressor Configurations
Compressors are selected based on compatibility to your particular application and prevailing environmental conditions. Reciprocating, Standard Scroll and Digital Scroll Compressors are utilized for air conditioning applications, and Units will then require heating elements to provide heated air.
Heat Pump Compressors feature a reversing valve to deliver warm air to a conditioned space, but can be less effective in cold climates. Heating elements may therefore be require to supplement Heat Pump Unit operation.
Please consult with a Bebco Sales Associate for more information and to ensure your compressor will best satisfy your particular application.
Bebco offers a broad range of compressors to meet your exact requirements for an Air Conditioner or Heat Pump Unit!
These standard scroll compressors serve tandem refrigerant system circuits of the 25-ton Reverse Discharge Unit featured earlier in this photo gallery.
The compressors are controlled by auto-staging to activate the compressors in sequence to satisfy increased cooling demands. The unit also features auto lead-lag alternation to equally balance compressor duty cycles and extend compressor service life!
Single, Dual & Redundant Unit Styles
Available in all unit sizes, Single Unit Styles feature one stand-alone air conditioner or heat pump unit in a single case, and satisfy most applications where failure of the unit does not constitute a critical situation.
Dual and Redundant Unit Styles feature two independent air conditioner or heat pump units in a single case, to address critical applications where auto lead-lag alternation or redundant performance is essential to ensure a continuous, uninterrupted flow of conditioned air within your room or building.
Please consult with a Bebco Sales Associate to ensure the Unit Style you select will best satisfy your particular application.
Bebco Single, Dual and Redundant Unit Styles satisfy basic or extremely demanding applications for endurance and redundancy!
As cooling requirements increase, Bebco offers Single Style Units like this 10-ton air conditioner in sizes up to 50 tons! Cases simply become bigger to incorporate larger coils, fans and blowers.
However, Single Style Units are essentially a stand-alone solution that should only be selected if failure of the air conditioner will not create a serious problem or another Unit is installed to serve in its place if it fails.
