As one of our most important standard features, we provide low ambient control for all Roof Mount Units. This control feature is provided to maximize performance and efficiency during intermittent or sustained periods of cold outdoor temperatures.

By experience, we know that outdoor temperatures can fall rapidly and unexpectedly in any climate, despite the fact that our roof mount units are often required to offset significant heat loads inside your buildings at all times. 

By monitoring refrigerant head pressure with switches or transducers, Low Ambient Control permits Bebco Roof Mount Units to operate in a continuous and highly effective manner year-round, regardless of significant outdoor temperature fluctuations!

STANDARD & DIVERTED DISHARGE GRILLE INSTALLATION KITS

Bebco provides all essential accessories to ensure easy installation. All Bebco Model RAC and RHP Roof Mount Air Conditioner and Heat Pump Units provided with Standard and Diverted Discharge Grilles are supplied with a die cut Roof Sealing Gasket and Spacer Block (not shown), a Grille Mounting Frame, cut-to-fit Mounting Bolts and Clamping Plates that securely seal and attach your Unit to the Roof of your Room or Building.

Each unit is also provided with a complete set of additional parts as required to install the Discharge Grille you select. These parts include the Grille, Washable Air Intake Filters, and Decorative Mounting Screw Head Cover Caps. In addition, when you select a Diverted Discharge Grille, you also receive a Polystyrene Plenum Sleeve and Adapter Flange, along with a Diverter Scoop.   At Bebco, we take time to ensure you have all the right parts, as needed, to easily complete your unit installation!

VARIABLE DISHARGE GRILLE INSTALLATION KITS

Bebco provides all essential accessories to ensure easy installation. All Bebco Model RAC and RHP Roof Mount Air Conditioner and Heat Pump Units provided with Variable Discharge Grilles are supplied with a die cut Roof Sealing Gasket and Spacer Block (not shown), a Grille Mounting Frame, cut-to-fit Mounting Bolts and Clamping Plates that securely seal and attach your Unit to the Roof of your Room or Building.

Each unit is also provided with a complete set of parts as required to install the Discharge Grille you select. These parts include the Grille, Washable Air Intake Filters, and Decorative Mounting Screw Head Cover Caps. In addition, you also receive a Baffle to separate the Supply and Return Air Chambers. At Bebco, we take time to ensure you have all the right parts, as needed , to easily complete your unit installation!

Bebco produces all exterior and interior product labels in-house, to ensure maximum durability and quality. Production of exterior labels begins with development of high-resolution graphic art, application of solid color film layers to transfer the graphic onto 3M™ 8B35 Lexan™ 10 mil Matte Finish Sheeting.  3M™ VHB™ High Bond Industrial Duty double-sided tape is then applied to the rear surface of sheeting.

The result is a totally indelible label which is not only highly resistant to most chemicals, but also UV and water resistant, to ensure our labels never fade, peel or become illegible! Vinyl labels are produced with the same equipment but are utilized only to label internal devices.

Bebco utilizes crimped wire ferrules, ring lugs, spade lugs, female quick disconnect lugs and multi-pin plugs to provide high-quality industrial duty wiring terminations on all Bebco Hazardous Area Roof Mount Air Conditioner and Heat Pump Units.

The result is positive continuity, durable wiring connections and years of trouble-free service. In particular, our wire ferrules eliminate potential stranded wire shorts and end frays and simplify component replacement and circuitry analysis!

SERVICE PORTS

– Provided with all Bebco Model RAC Air Conditioner & RHP Heat Pump Units

As a primary benefit and value to you, Bebco provides refrigerant service ports on all Bebco Model RAC & RHP Roof Mount Air Conditioners and Heat Pumps.  This provides you with a means to recharge and repair our Units, unlike the majority of other units sold on the market!

PRESSURE SWITCHES

– Provided with all Bebco RAC & RHP Units Featuring Smart Cool™ & Smart Pump™ Controls

Units featuring Smart Cool™ & Smart Pump™ Controls feature high and low refrigerant pressure switches to monitor and control critical aspects of operation.  This feature provides precise unit controls and allows the unit to detect and report any issues with Unit performance.

DEFROST PROTECTION

– Provided with Bebco Model RHP Heat Pump Units

To protect Model RHP Unit condenser coils during heat pump operation in cold weather, our Units momentarily switch to the cooling mode. This action is usually imperceptible to room or building occupants, but warms the condenser coil to stop frost development.

– Provided with all Bebco Hazardous Area Rated Units

To compliment your Bebco Hazardous and Corrosive Area Roof Mount Air Conditioner and Heat Pump Units, we produce custom Installation and Operation Manuals with each unit to provide an extensive level of details.

We provide specific sections covering each aspect of your product, including detailed installation instructions, interior component layout images, major accessory and option details.  You also receive a complete wiring diagram, a detailed troubleshooting guide, and specific views of all Control Unit Touch-Screens with applicable operating instructions!
