This is my first time using Bebco for some Class 1 Division 2 equipment. We purchased a 2 ton window unit and a 4kw convection heater. I'm very pleased with the quality of both of these, as is my client. I also did some shopping around, and found that Bebco had the most reasonable prices to meet my customer's needs. What stood out more than anything else in this transaction, was exceptional customer service. I even had communication during the time of our recent winter storm, when the lights were off and business was closed. Due to all of this, I'll be happy to use them next time we have a need.

The Bebco Window Unit is great! It keeps the room at a perfect temperature, and it’s easily serviced. The digital display is fantastic, it also identifies any problems and customer service was exceptional, so I recommend this Unit to everyone and will keep installing them!

During the startup of Trains 1 and 2 at our CCL Project, we had several issues and failures with the HVAC on our Analyzer buildings. We had engaged ABB, the provider of the buildings to diagnose and to rectify the issue. I wished they had engaged Bebco Environmental from the start. ABB ended up calling a repair tech who did a stop-gap job. Finally, when we got Bebco Environmental involved, I was introduced to Mr. Ryan Jones, their Project Manager. He was professional from the start, and laid out the work that needed to be done to get the problems with these Train 1 and Train 2 buildings resolved. I then brought them on to fix several issues across 5 buildings, by making them work with our client and go through their procedures to complete the work.

Impressed with their work, I hired them to do the monthly Preventative Maintenance on the buildings for Train 3. I wanted to pre-empt any future issues that may arise with these units, given the construction environment they were being placed in. They always kept me in communication, and followed the necessary protocols due to COVID-19 while still performing the work. Overall, I have been impressed with the work they have done and will recommend them for any future projects Bechtel may be involved in.

Over the last few years Total Plant Management Group (Engineering and Manufacturing Company) has worked with Bebco Environmental Controls. The replacement contactor was received next day from shipment and has been installed. Also, all thermostats are now proper 2-stage thermostats installed by Southern Technical Controls. A final function test revealed no issues. I believe all HVACs are in good working order at both Reeves and Crane stations. Oryx Midstream has been very complimentary of our collective efforts and the problems we have been instrumental in resolving.
