Bebco provides paid personal time for all employees, which may be used for personal reasons and vacations at our Associate’s discretion to address any family emergency or upon approval of use by their Immediate Supervisor and Management.

Please note we adjust the schedule of paid holidays each year, to provide 7 of the 10 potential days of paid holidays for our production and administrative teams in this way, holidays which fall on a weekend are replaced when possible with other holidays that occur during the work week.

Aflac Supplemental Health Care Policies

We currently offer this supplement to personal health insurance through a licensed provider.Please contact our HR Manager for more information.

Personal Health & Life Insurance Policies

To provide our Associates with the greatest degree of health care options, we’re currently exploring the creation of a health savings account program. More details will be provided as available.

401K Retirement Saving Plans

– Not currently available

Our employees were provided with a 401K plan in 2018, but participation was not sufficient to sustain it.  As with health insurance, we continue to explore this option and may offer it again in the near future.
